Hello, Jy Here. :) hehe
TE rocks! Haha, but then it wasn't my first choice in my choice of CCA list to come to NYSE too. And I DON'T really like music at all when i first started out piano. Yeh. I love art, and hope to join AEP when i come to NY, but then it was my mom who forced me to join HMP, then later on forced me to go in strings.
When i started out piano, it was like forcing a lion or tiger or whatever carnivorous animal to eat veggies. I hated music like hell and I protested but my mom just ignored me and continued asking my piano teacher to teach me and expect me to get distinction for all my piano grades which obviously i didn't. I nearly failed my grade 4 (or was it 5?) ABRSM exam. I didn''t really care that much and wanted to join art classes but my mom said no and I went emo-ing in my room.
To show my mother how much i loved art, i drew everyday and didn't even touch the piano. (haha, i admit i was silly that time.....XD) My mother scolded me but i didn't care that much too.. ..p:
Anyway, after forcing me like siao i finally gave in and then I started practicing everyday like crazy until i finally got a distinction for my grade 6 practical, and that's when I fianlly appreciated music and fell madly in love with it since then. (haha, it was a miracle, seriously...)
But i still love art a lot........
You should already be bored now, so i shall stop crapping now about all this nonsense.
Ooohh and i found all of yixuan's and chia wei's stories nice and i hope the rest of TE can post about themselves.....:) pls pls! it's fun to read....hehe.
